Introduction to Multiplexing


Developed for the US Department of Defense, Introduction to Multiplexing is a collection of four self-paced lessons that are designed to explain the methods and application of multiplexing in communication technologies. There are exercises and activities throughout to check the learner's knowledge of the concepts involved.

The lessons include:

  1. Introduction to Communication Systems and the Need for Multiplexing
  2. Multiplexing Methods: FDM, OFDM, and WDM
  3. Multiplexing Methods: TDM
  4. Multiple Access Techniques
